I’m back after a long Christmas break.
I’m not into blogging about my personal stuffs these days. Perhaps it’s more accurately to say I don’t know how to blog anymore. As everyone from the world is aware of tsunami, the recent underwater earthquake happened on 26 Dec 2004 at Sumatera, Southern Asia. All of us are bombarded with its tragic news whether or not they are reported on the newspapers or through the electronic media. I could only see the death toll is topping aggresively, rising from 4,500 - 7,000- 10,000 and now it nearly hits 70,000. What can I say about this tidal waves that took away thousands of lives cruelly?
People looking up the sky - asking God, “How could you let this happen?”
People mourning the deaths of their close parents and friends…
My heart aches for the deaths as thousands of them died without Christ. Where do they go after death? To heaven or hell?
My heart discerns the time and judgement - it is near now.
My worries now are no longer about jobs, marriage, wealth, retirement and all kind of worldly things anymore. It’s all about salvation for my dearest parents, my closest friends and to all people who just walked pass me without knowing Jesus Christ!
We should start praying for our loved ones who are yet to be saved. Malaysia’s government will not hold any new year eve celebration throughout the entire country, said our Prime Minister Abdullah Ahmad Badawi. He urged the nation to hold prayers for victims and the entire impacted nations resulted from tsunami.
May God rest their souls…

I’m not in a good state to blog.
I doubt if that caused by emotional factors. Just too many things in mind and can’t seem to focus one thing at a time.
Mun Kit - you’re the most supportive person to
: : { ~ M e m o r y L a n e ~ } : : Thank you dear.
readers: fyi, Mun Kit isn’t me. I didn’t use my first name to comment on each post. It’s him.

Apologies, haven’t got the time to update my blog recently. But I’m back now
Christmas Tale musical was very successful indeed! Thanks to the cast & crew from church and of course to everyone that came, it would not be successful without your presence!
Hundreds of souls are saved and thousands of seeds have been sowed.
Also, thanks to The Star for favouring us with the musical - please click on the article for more information.

People! I couldn’t wait til I blog about my Gym Session.
(Special Encounter).
kekekekeekke. ^o^
I went straight to the gym club after my 09.00-17:30 routine. But I was doubting should I go do any treadmill, crosstrainer or any other cardio exercise. I brought a Malaysian M-size T shirt to change, which means it is smaller size. Malaysian M size equal to Western S size.
I didn’t deliberately want to make myself look slimmer by wearing smaller size. In fact, I think I look like a dumpling. I was even ashamed to look at my reflection in the mirror.
Should I go and work out?? Awww…But it’d be a waste of money if I didn’t go.
So friends? Did I go out and face the reality of being a temporary dumpling?
Of course-lah!
How could I be so excited to tell you about my special encounter if I did not?!
Treadmill Set for 20 mins - Started from Speed 4.0km/h, Gradient 1.0 for 2 minutes.
And gradually increasing the speed to 6.2km/h with Gradient 4.0 and ran for 15mins.
After treadmill, then Stepper for 15mins and crosstrainer for another 10 mins to cool down.
JN walked over while I was still doing the crosstrainer. We had a 15 minute chat…We talked about lives, work…it’s just purely social chat. I have nearly forgotten about my concern of how I looked whilst talking to him! It did not bother me anymore as I suppose people will know what’s the purpose of me coming to gym - to get fit.
Well, we had an informal session during my resting. Look what he has got for me.
I’ll call this a present!
Hope I’d be disciplined enough to follow instructions!
Ai Jah!

As promised to myself, I have gotta change something about my blog header.
My first customised header was finally born a few mins ago! I’ll use this as the final piece.
Do you like it?
Will try to make a variety of designs for my own blog header.
