His Majesty vs Queen Elizabeth III
Errrrr… my liberty of doing only once a week household chores shall end by this Wednesday. Queen Elizabeth III is returning home from the Great Britain. That means weekly floor sweeping, vacuuming, mopping will become daily chores now. How can I ever cope with that? No, I must sit down and have a pet talk with her. There is no way I can still do all the chores after work. I know I will die straight if that happens.
Ok, actually I don’t miss QEIII cooking so much now as I have got used to eating outside now. Moreover His Majesty (HM), The Au Yong has already mastered in boiling soups, especially my favourite “Old Cucumber soup”. Mmmm yum yum. HM even called QEIII to Great Britain and told her he can make nice Bak-Kut-Teh. Eh, when I said master it really means something. HM will boil the ribs in a seperate pot to trash away the fats and bloods, after that only HM put them together with the ingredients to stew. So far, His Majesty has made us ABC soup, Groundnuts & Lotus Chicken Feet soup, Old Cucumber and Bak-Kut-Teh. His Majesty even knew know to make the soup taste better by putting a few small pieces of dried squids. ![]()
Anyway, HM has still a long way to learn from QEIII. QEIII can even make dried abalone (佛跳墙) soup.

Ok, in case you don’t know much of our Chinese culture. Cantonese is one of the majority Chinese ethnics who love drinking soup. So, marry me if you like drinking soup. Eh, soup is healthy. I guarantee you don’t need anymore food supplement. Especially with the one prepared by a Cantonese, like me.
So much of advertising His Majesty, now HRH, Her Royal Highness - bow down to me you people.
I can prepare, stew soup pretty well too. Try me. ![]()
