I am sharing some of my personal experience as well as my genuine thoughts. I shall disclaim that I am in no intentions of pointing fingers at anyone and hold no offence of anybody.

Here it goes.

Blog can be a good place to channel your thoughts, but is that the most effective way to get your messages conveyed? Especially you have a personal mesage to some particular people, it can be your friend or acquaintance. Not everyone is in the same intellectual level as yours, not everybody thinks alike. Especially if one is trying to deliver a message and hoping another party will read between the lines. How many stones are you going to throw before hitting the target? You might hurt someone unnecessarily.
