Last Day At Work …
Today marks my last day of work in Kuala Lumpur. I shall commence my new role, based in Singapore in another 2 weeks time. That would also mean I am getting uprooted to work in a total strange place.
I was truly overwhelmed by some warm messages, emails and phone calls I received from business partners and friends, now. I must say I was very touched by this particular call from my big boss that he personally took time to speak to me and gave me his best wishes despite his hectic schedule. It was heart warming indeed. Many emails are still flowing in. Thank you, thank you for taking time to write back. I appreciate your thoughtfulness.
To my dear colleagues, I have certainly enjoyed the time we spent together. You’re like a bright shining star, looking after me and bringing me joy and laughters during my stay in this company. Oh boy, I was so pampered by you. I have been on marathon luncheons in Heritage Row alone for the past few weeks. Ask me about it.
Once again, thank you for sharing your friendship with me - making my world more beautiful and meaningful. You’ve made a difference in my life!
